This is not a comprehensive list and may be missing some changes, for example, undocumented hotfixes, PvP changes or uninteresting bug fixes.
Patch 11.2.0 was released on August 5th, 2025.
Spell Changes
Priest Spells
- Holy Nova mana cost reduced by 87%.
- Surge of Light now reduces the mana cost of Flash Heal by 50% (was 100%).
Holy Spells
- Divine Hymn healing increased by 100%, but its healing now reduces more rapidly beyond 5 targets.
- Holy Fire mana cost reduced by 40%.
- Reduced the mana cost of the following spells by 5%:
- Apotheosis now reduces the mana cost of Holy Words by 50% while active (was 100%).
- Epiphany now ignores the current cooldown of Prayer of Mending when it triggers instead of resetting it.

Season 3 brings with it a 2-piece and 4-piece set bonus for each Hero Talent.

Notable hotfixes
Sep 09, 2023:- Heal healing increased by 12%.
- Halo healing increased by 40%.
- Archon: Empowered Surges increases the healing done by Flash Heals affected by Surge of Light by 45% (was 30%).
Aug 25, 2025:- Resolved an issue causing Halo to sometimes fail to damage large enemies.
- Archon: Resolved an issue causing additional Halos from Power Surge and Divine Halo to sometimes not deal damage to enemies close to the Priest.
