This page will be updated as info comes out and I get time, does not become a priority until post-launch, as PTR can change a lot.
This is not a comprehensive list and may be missing some changes, for example, undocumented hotfixes, PvP changes or uninteresting bug fixes.
Patch 11.1.0 was released on February 25th, 2025.
Spell Changes
- All healing reduced by 8%.
Priest Spells
- No changes yet.
Holy Spells
- The following talents were removed:
- Guardians of the Light
- Circle of Healing ☹️
- Revitalizing Prayers
- Sanctified Prayers
- Healing Chorus
- Orison
- Pontifex
- Holy Word: Salvation
- Many talents were moved around, most notably:
- Restitution is now easily accessible on row 3.
- Voice of Harmony is now on row 4.
- Holy Mending is no longer a choice node with Benediction.
- Trail of Light is now in the bottom third.
- The following talents were added:
- The following talents were changed to be 1-point:
- The following talents were re-worked or adjusted:
- Apotheosis now reduces the cooldown of Holy Words by 200% (was 300%).
- Empowered Renew now causes Renew to further decrease the cooldown of Holy Word: Sanctify by 6 sec. It also causes Renew to heal for an additional 60%, but have a 12 sec cooldown.
- Lightweaver now works with Prayer of Healing, stacks to 4 and increases healing done by 18% (was 25%).
- Prayer Circle now triggers from Holy Word: Sanctify instead of Circle of Healing.
- Prismatic Echoes reduced to 5% increased Mastery, and now also increases the healing of Renew by 15% per point.
- Voice of Harmony now reduces the cooldown of:
- Holy Word: Serenity when casting Prayer of Mending or Power Word: Life.
- Holy Word: Sanctify when casting Halo or Divine Star.
- Holy Word: Chastise when casting Holy Fire.
- Holy Nova now reduces the cooldown of Holy Word: Chastise by 4 seconds baseline and no longer interacts with Voice of Harmony.
- Prayer of Healing now prioritizes nearby injured targets instead of the closest targets, and has an impact visual on allies it heals.
- Divine Hymn channel duration is now 5 seconds (was 8 seconds). Total healing unchanged.
- Gales of Song has been changed to place 2 stacks of Prayer of Mending on up to 3 allies within its range every 1 tick while channelling Divine Hymn.
- Prayerful Litany instead of healing the lowest-health target for more, now causes the primary target of Prayer of Healing to be healed for 75% more.
- Lightwell's health threshold is now 75% (was 50%).
- Resonant Words now also affects Power Word: Life.
- Afterlife no longer grants a resurrection cast during Spirit of Redemption.
- Crisis Management now also increases the critical strike chance of Power Word: Life.
- Prayer of Healing healing increased by 69%, cast time increased to 2.5sec, mana cost increased to 5.5%, and healing increased by 20%.
- Trail of Light now replicates 25% of healing done to the previous target (was 35%).
- Holy Mending healing increased by 30%.
- Cosmic Ripple healing increased by 150%.
Hero Spells
- Divine Providence was removed and the effect of adding a second charge to Premonition has been baked into Premonition.
- Twinsight replaces Divine Providence.
- Preemptive Care now increases the duration of Renew by 25% (was 6 seconds).
The War Within Systems
Season 2 Tier
Season 2 brings with it 2-piece and 4-piece set bonuses. At time of writing, they are:
(2) Set Bonus: Your healing spells have a chance to apply Insurance! to their targets that heals them over 15 sec. Insurance! is consumed if an ally drops below 40% health to heal them.

(4) Set Bonus: Holy Word: Serenity and Holy Word: Sanctify apply Insurance! for 10 sec to one target while Apotheosis is active. Your healing is increased by 1% for each Insurance! active on allies.

Notable hotfixes
Mar 25, 2023: Major Holy Priest tuning changes including:- Prayer of Healing healing increased by 25%.
- Prayer of Mending healing increased by 20%.
- Renew healing increased by 60%.
- Lightwell healing increased by 30%.
- Divine Image healing increased by 20%.
- Divine Image damage increased by 20%.
- Holy Fire damage increased by 20%.
- Renewed Faith now increases healing done to allies with Renew by 10% (was 6%).
- Renews from Empowered Renew now heal for 120% more than a normal Renew (was 60%).
- Oracle: Preemptive Care now increases the duration of Renew by 40% (was 25%).
- Oracle: Preventive Measures now increases the healing of Prayer of Mending by 40% (was 25%).
- Oracle: Preventive Measures now increases the damage of Smite, Holy Fire, and Holy Nova by 40% (was 25%).
Mar 12, 2023: Empowered Renew's CDR is now correctly increased by Light of the Naaru and Apotheosis.
