I'll be honest, updating this page is a really low priority and it will never be a complete list of unique gear effects. Item mechanics matter so little and most non-priest ones are documented elsewhere like Simulationcraft for people super keen.
Season 1 Tier Set
Season 1 brings with it 2-piece and 4-piece set bonuses. At time of writing, they are:
- 2pc
- Prayer Focus (buff)
(2) Set Bonus: Casting Prayer of Mending reduces the cast time of your next Heal or Prayer of Healing by 1.0 seconds and increases their Holy Word cooldown reduction effect by 2.0 seconds.

- Seize the Moment (buff)
(4) Set Bonus: When Holy Word: Serenity or Holy Word: Sanctify finish their cooldown, you gain 10% critical strike chance for 6 seconds.

Season 2 Tier Set
Season 2 brings with it 2-piece and 4-piece set bonuses. At the time of writing, they are:
(2) Set Bonus: When you cast Prayer of Mending, there is a 35% chance its effect is duplicated to another ally.

(4) Set Bonus: When Prayer of Mending jumps or expires, it increases the damage and healing of your next Holy Word by 4%, stacking up to 15 times.

Season 3 Tier Set
Season 3 brings with it 2-piece and 4-piece set bonuses. At time of writing, they are:
(2) Set Bonus: Holy Word: Serenity applies 14 seconds of Renew to its target. Holy Word: Sanctify applies 5 seconds of Renew to allies it heals.
(4) Set Bonus: Renew's healing has a chance to cause your next Holy Word: Sanctify or Holy Word: Serenity to not consume a charge when cast and cost 50% less Mana, stacking up to 2 times.
