Patch 11.2.0 Holy Priest Changes

WORK IN PROGRESS

This page will be updated as info comes out and I get time, does not become a priority until post-launch, as PTR can change a lot.

Bugs

Below is a list of things that are suspected to be bugs or unintended behaviour.

Important bugs

• Divine Hymn sometimes ticks for 5-10x more than it should.
• Divine Image can be bugged so it only despawns if you cast an empowered Naaru, or move 100 yards away.
• Divine Star frequently will not have a returning star, even if standing still or on flat ground.

Likely a bug

• Divine Star frequently only heals targets once, happening more often if they are near the 24-yard distance. Happens even when you and the target are stationary.
• Apotheosis will set the duration of an existing Apotheosis buff (either from and Answered Prayers proc, or from a stored Sustained Potency) to 20 seconds rather than extending it.

Hopefully a bug

• Divine Word: Sanctuary scales tick number with haste, but not tick size - creating minor haste breakpoints.

Inconsistencies

• Binding Heals also triggers Protective Light on yourself regardless of your Flash Heal target.
• The following spells/talents don't interact with our Mastery. This makes sense given the wording of the spell.
  • Divine Word: Sanctuary
  • Renew (without Prismatic Echoes)
• Evoker's Blessing of the Bronze which affects a movement enhancing ability for all classes, affects Leap of Faith for Priest.
• Evoker's Time Spiral which affects a movement enhancing ability for all classes, affects Leap of Faith for Priest.
• Divine Image's Light Eruption behaves as though Holy Nova is the damage-only version from Legion. It doesn't trigger from, nor do any healing.
• Light of the Naaru CDR increase is not reflected in any ability tooltips.
